Role of 5N2 Digital
5N2 Digital is the website designer, developer, and technical service provider only.
5N2 Digital is not the seller, owner, manufacturer, distributor, supplier, importer, reseller, affiliate program operator, commission payer, refund handler, customer support provider, legal operator, or business operator of TheBIGCoLab.
All products, product claims, membership plans, affiliate programs, vouchers, commissions, taxes, refunds, returns, customer support, deliveries, FDA compliance, DTI compliance, BIR compliance, business permits, legal obligations, and customer claims are the sole responsibility of Breakthrough International Glomall Corporation and its authorized officers, suppliers, vendors, merchants, members, affiliates, and representatives.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy a membership package, join the affiliate program, submit tax details, receive commissions, buy restricted products, or enter into any transaction that requires legal capacity.

Before payment, you must review the product, quantity, price, delivery details, account details, payment method, fees, and total amount.
Electronic Records
You agree that online forms, account records, checkout records, payment confirmations, email notices, website logs, digital approvals, and electronic communications may serve as records of your transaction, subject to applicable Philippine law.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:

Make unauthorized health claims.
Make unauthorized income claims.
Claim guaranteed earnings.
Claim guaranteed medical results.
Claim FDA approval without verified proof.
Claim Company authority without written approval.
Mislead buyers, recruits, members, or the public.
Use pressure selling.
Use spam messages.
Copy website content without permission.
Abuse vouchers, refunds, commissions, or account features.
Upload malicious code.
Attack, scrape, or interfere with the website.
Use the website for illegal goods, fake goods, or unauthorized regulated products.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by Philippine law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost expected commissions, lost business opportunity, personal business failure, customer misuse of products, courier delay, third-party payment failure, supplier defect, internet downtime, force majeure, or events outside reasonable control.
This clause does not remove liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including proven fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or consumer rights required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute shall first be submitted to customer support for good faith resolution.
If unresolved, the parties may use remedies available under Philippine law, including DTI consumer complaint channels, mediation, small claims court, arbitration if agreed, or the proper court or agency with jurisdiction.
Venue shall be in the proper court or agency in the City of Manila, unless Philippine law requires another venue.
